Trip Sheet-----Nixa Winter Guard Show-7 March 2020

Uniform-Bring show uniforms, changing at RSHS before leaving.  Bring show shirt to wear during the day. Dress appropriately for school events so we represent our school and community positively.  Bring money for snacks and souvenirs, however meals will be provided by your Winter fees.


700 AM-Doors Open

715 AM-Quick rehearsal/run throughs

730 AM- Load truck/bus (Quickly) then get dressed/hair/makeup for show

845 AM-Leave for Nixa HS (45 Min)

930 AM-Arrive @Nixa HS/Unload

1015 AM-Warm Up Cycle Begins

1117 AM-Rockelbel Performance

100 PM – Afternoon performances begin. Sit together, watch and LEARN.

230 PM – Captain’s Retreat

240 PM – Critique for Mrs. Garoutte to attend. Go ahead and start loading bus.

300 PM (Approx) – Leave Nixa HS

345 PM (Approx) – Arrive @ RSHS



This is a fairly short day and is our last chance to show the judges what we can do before they seed us into placements for championships. Let’s stay positive as always and represent our school well!


HUGE Congratulations to Robert Offutt on earning 1st Chair Trumpet in the 2020 Missouri All-State Band!
Congratulations to Robert Offutt and Madi Irvin for Auditioning and successfully earning spots in the SCMMEA All-District Honor Band! Both of them have qualified to try out for the Missouri All-State Band!


2019 Marching Season Results


Congratulations to the Reeds Spring Wolf Pride Band on an extremely successful competitive marching band season!  The band traveled to 4 competitions and hosted the Ozark Mountain Marching Festival with about 3000 attendees; here are the results of the band's competitive schedule for Fall 2019:
