Reeds Spring High School
Tuesday, December 11th, 2012

There will be caroling practice for all Foreign Language Club members TODAY after school.

A reminder that the new student laptops will be distributed Monday evening January 7 at 6:00. All students and at least one parent need to plan on attending since both the student and a parent must sign to receive the device. In addition all devices must have insurance before they can be passed out and the student and or parent are responsible to pay the insurance premium. The insurance is $20.00 per semester; however for those families with more than one student in the high school the premium is $15.00 per device and for families on the Free and Reduced Lunch Program the premium is $10.00 per semester. The insurance needs to be paid by December 21. Checks should be made payable to Reeds Spring High School. See Mr. Levingston if you have any questions regarding the insurance.

Project Graduation is collecting Harter House receipts and Community Cash, if you have any you may drop them off in the office.

Football off-season will begin on Tuesday, January 8th. Workouts will run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 3:30 to 4:30. Everyone playing football that is not in a winter sport should attend. The weight room is open after school Monday through Thursday through the rest of this month.

Any NHS member needed service hours see Mrs. Holt or Mr. Lynch about dates that are available to work in the HS concession stand.

Any senior that took a dual credit college course last year that has not submitted paperwork for reimbursement of $10.00 per credit hour may still do so but the paperwork will need to be turned into the office before we leave for Christmas Break Dec. 21. See Sandy if you have any questions.

A reminder that semester finals will be Thursday and Friday December 20 & 21 with school being dismissed at 12.00 pm on the 21st. Students are not permitted to take finals early and no make up finals will be permitted without prior administrative approval and only due to unique circumstances.
